With his multiple high speed line Extrusionstechnik Wiegard is setting a new benchmark in yarn coating. Extrusionstechnik Wiegard offer yarn coating lines capable of extruding 4800m yarn per minute with the new 4 fold crosshead.
There is no downtime during bobbin change over with the automatic precision cross winder.
The extrusion line is deliverable for monocolor and bicolour products.
In the next step the lines are equipped with a crosshead able to coat 8 yarns concident.
